The Big Switch is Coming to Presidio Parkway

Doyle Drive will be closed April 27-30, from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. During this time, traffic will be permanently taken off Doyle Drive and moved onto a seismically safe, temporary bypass. In order to move traffic to the bypass, Doyle Drive must close for one full weekend. Motorists will be asked to avoid the project corridor and use the Bay Bridge or ferries instead. (Bus and ferry service from the north bay to San Francisco will be modified during the closure weekend and for the week that follows. Closure date is subject to change due to weather.)
