Highway 4 Connectors to the Antioch Bridge

The Antioch Bridge is getting new connector ramps from the Highway 4 Bypass! When the bridge was built there was only enough money to complete half of the needed approch lanes. MTC has contributed 50 million dollars to finish the job. That's on top of the 1.3 billion dollar project to widen Highway 4 and bring EBart to East Contra Costa County. That 1.3 billion dollars was largely raised by county residents who taxed themselves to pay for projects like Highway 4 Expansion and the Caldecott Tunnel 4th Bore.
