Contract & Vendor Opportunities

Are you — or is your company — involved in planning, design, analysis, engineering, contracting, communications, surveys, consulting, information technology or other services that can help MTC perform its work?

MTC has many contract and vendor opportunities, and we encourage local businesses to apply.

Check All Contracts

Find open opportunities — including closed or awarded — when you visit the MTC Procurement Portal.

Click on “View Opportunity” to see the description, relevant events, supporting documentation, deadlines and more.

Vendor Login or Registration

Once you review the open contract opportunities and decide what’s right for you, it’s time to register as a vendor.

After you register, you can submit a proposal or download project documentation, and sign up to receive email invitations to bid.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE)

MTC’s DBE program helps level the playing field for small businesses that traditionally have less working capital.

It is also for business owners and managers that may be socially or economically disadvantaged.

Small Business Enterprise (SBE)

The SBE program is aimed at using the power of public money to help provide economic opportunity for residents and businesses.

The goal is to stimulate the economy by helping these groups participate in MTC non-federally funded, non-architectural and engineering (A&E) materials, equipment, supplies, services and construction contracts.

Fund Management System (FMS)

The FMS allows the public to explore detailed project funding data. Dive as deep as you’d like into transportation improvement programs and discover what projects MTC funds.
